Cancellation Policy:
Cancel up to 5 hours before reservation: 0%
Cancel up to 3 hours before reservation: 20%
Cancel up to 2 hours before reservation: 50%
Cancel up to 1 hour before reservation: 75%
Cancel within 1 hour or no-show: 100%

While cancellations up to 5 hours before the reservation are free, repeated cancellations may result in a ban from using our services. We kindly ask for your understanding to accommodate as many customers as possible.
Changes to the woman (switching) are not allowed. Even if services are not rendered, 100% of the total fee will be charged.
For no-shows, 100% of the course fee plus an additional 20% penalty will be charged.
Once your reservation is confirmed, we cannot reduce the reserved time. If this results in a same-day cancellation, 100% of the total fee will be charged. Extensions are welcome, so don’t hesitate to contact us.
Usage Guidelines:
Please provide the hotel name and room number to us.
If using a city or business hotel, notify us of the check-in name when you check in. This allows us to connect to your room by phone if needed.
Some hotels restrict third-party entry. Confirm this beforehand. If entry is denied upon arrival, 100% of the total fee will still be charged.
If relocation to a nearby hotel is necessary, we can assist in finding one. Feel free to inquire.
For home visits, please provide your name, address (including apartment name and room number), and phone number.
Anonymous or public phone reservations are not accepted.
Credit Card Payment:
We accept payment via various credit card companies. Please inform us if you’d like to pay by credit card during the reservation process.
Important Notes:
Changes to credit card payments cannot be made on-site.
If payment issues result in cancellation, 100% of the total fee will be charged later.
After payment is confirmed, the reservation will be finalized, and dispatch will begin.
Credit card payments incur a 10% service charge on the total fee. The billing name on your statement will not be our establishment name but a random alphanumeric string.
Because this involves overseas transactions, the billing name may vary depending on your card brand. Note that this will appear as an international charge.
For security reasons, customers are required to present a photo ID upon the woman’s arrival. If this cannot be provided, services cannot proceed, and 100% of the fee will still be charged.
